Spelt is one of the original heirloom varieties of wheat. It results in a lower gluten loaf that has a wonderfully distinct flavour. The grains can be ground into a fresh flour or soaked and added into the dough. Package specifications: 1kg whole spelt grains/berries Storage: Store in an airtight container.
