The use of Festuca Arundinacae and Poa Pratensis creates a medium textured low maintenance lawn with excellent drought tolerance once established. Titan seed can be used for growing a hard-wearing drought tolerant lawn from scratch. Titan’s deep rooting ability helps with soil stabilisation, provides resistance to heat and drought and facilitates carbon capture in the soil. Titan seed can be slow to germinate and is best sown between March and September when soils are warmer. It will last for up to 2 years if stored in a cool dry place. Please note that our Titan Turf Lawn Seed may be shipped separately from turf, topsoil, Sedum and Wildflower Turf. However, grass seed does not require instant application on new turf.
